Overview
Equity Solar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project Junior Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and following up on various tasks related to project scheduling and execution, ensuring the quality of solar system installation and documentation. This role involves everything from sales verification to installation completion, working closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
Duties
•Report to Operations Management and to Project Team Manager.
•Call clients to inform them of the status of their project on a weekly or biweekly basis.
•Assist with financial company portals and over the phone when necessary.
•Attend training sessions when required.
•Schedule installations and create WhatsApp groups for installers with installation information.
•Manage all projects using CRM, verify everything is ready for management and progress.
•Maintain the updated status simultaneously in project sheets and SCOOP.
•Manage, guide and create a safe and appropriate workflow for all projects.
•Manage photos of the Site/Survey/Site Assessment process via iCloud, WhatsApp, email, Dropbox, CRM, etc. Company email and other software will be provided.
•Create files in Dropbox for each project upon completion of the installation.

Requirements
•Proven experience in project coordination or a related field within the solar industry.
•Basic knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, including design and components.
•Familiarity with project management platforms (CRM).
•Knowledge of sales auditing and verification of technical and administrative documentation.
•Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
•At least 1 year of experience in technical support, project management, or project auditing roles.
•Experience in project monitoring, preferably in the installation of photovoltaic or renewable energy systems, will be a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
