The Junior Estimator is a critical piece of the project pipeline, working directly with the Senior Estimators and the Pre-construction team. We need an individual with organizational, time-management, and creative thinking skills to help us grow through successful proposal submission and acceptance. This extraordinarily talented individual must embrace technology, and have a never-ending thirst for ongoing learning/knowledge expansion, and be able to build relationships with subcontractors and clients throughout the bidding process.
