Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in production. Duties

•

Prepare manufacturing estimates.

•

Develop and maintain specific work instructions and procedures, including photos, visual aids to support manufacturing of product that conforms to drawing requirements and design specifications.

•

Prepare operations sheets and assembly/manufacturing instructions, showing sequence of operations, details of each operation, machine, tooling and fixturing to be used, inspection instructions and test requirements.

•

Support transition of new programs from design and development to production (New Product Introduction, Production Readiness).

•

Build and maintain a role in supporting cross functional internal and external teams with Engineering, Operations, Program Management Office and The Customer as required.

•

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Requirements

•

Experience or coursework in manufacturing methodologies.

•

Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Solidworks; experience with MasterCam is advantageous. JobBoss knowledge a plus as well.

•

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

•

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.

•

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
