National Roll Kote is hiring a driven and results-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to oversee and improve manufacturing processes and assist in onboarding new manufacturing engineering changes and new product design to product ready along with developing and improving current manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods.
Salary Range - $80,000 - $95,000

Position Requirements:
•Design tooling and equipment for assembly of our products
•Assist in commissioning or upgrading equipment to the latest standards
•Manage projects for creating new processes and equipment design as needed
•Be proactive at solving problems and learning new techniques to increase production safety and efficiency
•Support day-to-day manufacturing activities
•Create and implement preventative maintenance schedule for tooling and weld fixtures
•Evaluates manufacturing processes by retreving information from Supervisors, Operators and Technicians; applies knowledge of tsproduct design, fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials; solicits and implements observations from operators
•Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot technically challenging problems (machinery, equipment, processes)
•Assures product and process quality by designing testing/inspection methods; testing finished product and pro capabilities; establishing written standards; confirming function and quality of the manufacturing processes
•Develops, implements, monitors, measures, and manages functional process improvement plans
•Demonstrate understanding of lean manufacturing principles, when performing process design
•Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
EducationExperience:
•Bachelors Degree in Engineering and/or Manufacturing or equivalent
•Knowledge of Autodesk, AutoCAD or similar software
•Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
•Good communication skills, team player and ability to multi-task
