We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial and industrial settings. Your expertise in working with logic controllers, power tools, and hand tools will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

SERVICE CALL ELECTRICAN, including residential, agricultural, and industrial.

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local and national electrical codes

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems

- Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify the root cause of problems

- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete electrical installations and repairs

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

- Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices as needed

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Journeyman Electrician license - REQUIRED

- Proven experience as a Residential/Industrial Electrician

- Proficiency in working with logic controllers, low voltage systems, and industrial equipment

- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

- Familiarity working in an agricultural setting

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

- Familiarity with a wide range of hand tools and power tools used in the trade

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify electrical issues quickly

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
