Job Summary:

Heglar Creek Electric is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical theory and a proven track record of success in residential, commercial, and/or industrial electrical installations.

Responsibilities:

•

Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, panels, and equipment.

•

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes.

•

Perform a variety of electrical tasks, such as:

•

Conduct thorough electrical inspections and tests.

•

Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems.

•

Install and maintain electrical equipment, including motors, transformers, and generators.

•

Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems.

•

Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices.

•

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

•

Maintain accurate records of work performed.

•

Assist with the training and mentorship of apprentices.

•

May be required to work overtime and/or on weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

•

Valid Journeyman Electrician License (required)

•

Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician

•

Strong understanding of electrical codes (NEC)

•

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

•

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

•

Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
