Position Summary

We are seeking a Montana-licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. This role is a field-based position (approximately 90% of the time in the valley with minimal Big Sky or overnight travel), working on high-quality residential and commercial solar PV installations, EV chargers, energy storage systems, and service upgrades.

You’ll be trusted to work independently, contribute to project efficiency and innovation, and help improve our electrical department. You’ll begin by shadowing a seasoned solar Journeyman with over 10 years of solar-specific experience, then move into running your own projects with support as needed.
