Journeyman Foreman – Mechanical, HVAC, and Equipment
We are seeking a highly skilled experienced Journeyman Foreman with extensive experience in mechanical, HVAC, and equipment-focused projects within industrial, marine, and high-tech environments. As prime contractors, we leverage both in-house expertise and subcontracted trades, including pipefitting, electrical, structural steel, rigging, HVAC technician and controls, crane operations, roofing, and coatings.

· Ensure quality control across all project phases.
· Lead and coordinate in-house teams and subcontractors to meet project goals and deadlines.
· Perform plant maintenance and mechanical repairs in industrial settings.
· Execute industrial HVAC installations, repairs, and refurbishments, including:
o Sheet metal work, duct fabrication, and installation.
o Reconstruction and replacement of cooling towers and large air handlers.
· Conduct equipment repair and refurbishment, including marine HVAC systems.
· Manage crane and rigging operations for HVAC equipment.
· Handle light piping for filtration systems (water and air).
· Perform insulation repair/replacement for piping and ducts.
· Assemble light structural steel components (e.g., access platforms, HVAC bases).
· Primary Work Area: Projects located between Everett and Tacoma, WA.
· Travel: Local travel required within WA; periodic out-of-state travel may be necessary.
· Work Hours: Standard hours 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexibility for project-specific needs.
· Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Overtime: Occasional, with required availability for plant shutdowns or shift work.
· Experience: 7+ years as a Journeyman in mechanical, HVAC, or equipment-related trades, preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, marine, or technology sectors.
o Proven leadership in managing teams and subcontractors.
o Expertise in industrial HVAC, mechanical systems, and equipment refurbishment.
o Proficiency in sheet metal work, duct fabrication, and light structural steel assembly.
o Must be capable of obtaining security clearances.
o Marine certifications and TWIC card are a plus.
