Responsibilities:

•

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings

•

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

•

Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC)

•

Supervise and train apprentices as needed

•

Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions

•

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

•

Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times

Qualifications:

•

Valid state-issued Journeyman Electrician License

•

4+ years of experience in commercial electrical work

•

Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

•

OSHA 10/30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Requirements

•

Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or in a similar role with a strong understanding of electrical systems.

•

Proficiency in using voltmeters, power tools, and hand tools relevant to the trade.

•

Knowledge of high voltage systems as well as low voltage applications.

•

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.

•

Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interaction.

•

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to electrical installations.

•

Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical work are preferred.

•

Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
