Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on Java and web technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications that enhance our IT infrastructure and meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications that meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

- Utilize version control systems such as Git and SVN to manage code changes effectively.

- Work with databases like MySQL and SQL to ensure data integrity and performance optimization.

- Engage in front-end development using technologies such as JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks.

- Implement best practices for application development, including code reviews and unit testing.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application performance and user experience.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Java programming language; experience with C#, C++, or Python is a plus.

- Strong understanding of web development principles and technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Express.

- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure for application deployment and management.

- Experience working within Agile methodologies to deliver projects efficiently.

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts and application development best practices.

- Understanding of RESTful API design principles for effective system integration.

- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or SQL Server.

- Familiarity with version control tools like GitHub or SVN is essential.

- Knowledge of Quantum engineering concepts is a plus but not required.
