Title: Full Stack Java Developer (2 Openings) Location: Boston, MA 02111 Schedule: Hybrid – Onsite 4 days per week, 1 remote day (flexible weekly) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Open-ended (long-term, strong potential to convert to FTE)

Must-Have Skills

- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience developing Java/J2EE web applications.

- Strong proficiency in:

- Core Java (multi-threading, Executor framework).

- Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, MyBatis.

- RESTful services development & integration.

- JavaScript, JSP, CSS, HTML, Angular, modern JS libraries (jQuery).

- AJAX, XML/XSLT, JSON.

- Application servers: JBoss, Apache, Tomcat.

- SQL database design, stored procedures, performance optimization.

- GitHub Copilot in Agent mode for Java development.

- Strong knowledge of web application security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Property & Casualty (P+C) insurance applications.

- Exposure to performance tuning & scalability strategies.
