The Salesforce Developer will develop and customize Salesforce solutions to support and streamline business processes, including the creation of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and other customizations as needed
Job Location: Houston, TX
Responsibilities May Include:
Configure automated processes within Salesforce.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
Perform data migrations, data maintenance, and data quality initiatives within the Salesforce platform.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various teams and departments.
Assist in the development of user training materials and deliver training and support to end-users.
Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization's Salesforce implementation remains up-to-date and efficient.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and effective communication throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Technology Management or related field followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Salesforce Developer-related occupation.
