Janitor

Janitor/Cleaner Duties:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies

- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors

- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel

Skills:

- Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks

- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing, is a plus

- Familiarity with custodial duties and facilities maintenance is a plus
