SUMMARY

Petro 49, Inc. is looking for a positive, dependable and tech-savvy Service Desk Technician to join our IT team. This is a frontline role where you’ll be supporting a wide range of company technologies – helping employees stay productive by resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues across multiple locations throughout Alaska.

We’re looking for someone with a good attitude and a willingness to learn. You will not just be answering phones, you’ll be working hands-on with different systems, contributing to projects and an essential part of our IT operations.

This position is on-site in Anchorage, with occasional travel to other company locations across Alaska.
