IT Infrastructure Engineer III (Voice) – Critical Voice & Emergency Communications
1) Under broad supervision, responsible for the maintenance of installed infrastructure technologies as well as the installation and configuration of these technologies within specific area
2) Develops design and functional specifications, produces deliverables related to specific projects and assists in post implementation support and system enhancements
3) Diagnoses and resolves moderately complex infrastructure issues
4) Supports multiple systems or applications of moderate complexity (e.g., size, technology, systems feeds)
5) Completes accurate documentation in accordance with company security standards
6) Ensures processes and requirements are met such as backup and maintenance availability
7) Conducts testing to ensure requirements are met
8) May provide guidance and assistance to entry level infrastructure engineers
