Job Title: IT ERP Product Lead Senior

Duties: Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks an IT ERP Product Lead Senior in Grafton Wisconsin to perform software development. Analyze IT requirements through full software development lifecycle. Implement software solutions. Use bolt-on applications, including Loftware and Mercurygate, to support overall system architecture. Provide analysis for changes, extensions, and enhancements to existing software applications, programs, and reports. Analyze and integrate software and user interfaces and maintain technical documentation. Build application tables, panels, and reports. Participate in software implementations, upgrades, and conversions. Support process improvement and business best practice rollouts in Oracle WMS Logistics. Use Oracle e-Business Suite, Oracle Forms/Reports 10g, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and SQL server technologies to participate in all aspects of Oracle EBS (R12) WMS. Participate in all Oracle implementations across distribution centers, satellite warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Use SQLPlus, SQLLoader, Data Loader, Export/Import, TKPROF, Oracle scheduler, Advanced Queues, TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, data modeling tools, and Version Control. Support synergies around business logistics and deliver process improvements to the business. Local telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week. Annual salary: $131,893 - 262,300/year.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus five years of progressive experience in software development. Must have at least five years of experience in each of the following: 1. Analyzing IT requirements through full software development lifecycle; 2. Using bolt-on applications, including Loftware and Mercurygate, to support overall system architecture; 3. Participating in software implementations, upgrades, and conversions; 4. Supporting process improvement and business best practice rollouts in Oracle WMS Logistics; 5. Using Oracle e-Business Suite, Oracle Forms/Reports 10g, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and SQL server technologies to participate in all aspects of Oracle EBS (R12) WMS; and 6.
