Manage and implement the AEP Investor Relations Program which effectively presents and sells AEP to all financial community audiences. The program should include strategies, goals, objectives, implementation plans and measurements of success. Program should also include individual programs tailored to each IR customer: Sell-Side, Buy-Side, Brokers, Retail, AEP executives and AEP employees
1.) Manage and implement the AEP Investor Relations Program.
2.) Coordinate the preparation of appropriate materials for presentation by Executive Management to the financial community .
3.) Direct the preparation of, financial fact sheets, intranet/internet sites and other appropriate means of communicating with employees and the financial community at large.
4.) Communicate financial community earnings estimates, and peer's performances to management.
5.) Maintain individual contacts with key members of the financial community to communicate the System's financial performance as well as future goals and outlook. Also, participate in meetings periodically with members of the financial community to discuss events and matters effecting AEP and the industry.
Education requirements are listed below: Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or business
Work Experience requirement listed below: 8 years experience in Finance or Accounting Required License(s)/Certification(s) are listed below: MBA or CPA preferred
