Eaton Sales and Service is currently seeking an Inventory Manager based in our Phoenix, AZ location.

Job Qualifications
•Solid dependable work ethic
•Inventory Control in multiple locations
•Basic computer skills, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word knowledge
•Able to operate a forklift
•Good communication skills, both verbal and written
•Excellent customer service skills
•Purchasing and accounting experience preferred
•Capable of working independently
•Knowledge of Sage accounting software and Crystal reports is a plus
•Ability to travel to branches
Job Responsibilities:
•Procure parts for construction jobs and warehouse stock
•Work closely with Service and Construction Departments to supply material for jobs
•Handle all warranty items with the manufacturers
•Maintain core spreadsheet and returns
•Reconcile inventory in multiple locations
•Oversee service and main warehouse inventories
•Manage inventory turns and inventory reorder levels
•Coordinate physical count process
•Maintain inventory database in accounting and service software
•Help occasionally with counter sales
•Maintain a clean and safe work environment
