Project Controls is a critical discipline within project management focused on planning, monitoring, and controlling project costs, schedules, and risks. The function provides accurate and timely data to support decision-making, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope. Key activities include schedule development and tracking, cost estimating and forecasting, risk management, and performance reporting.
