As an Intermediate Analyst in Governance & Enterprise Risk Management, you will play a key role in supporting corporate governance activities and the Enterprise Risk Management framework (ERM). Your goal will be to support the organization with the necessary parameters to identify, assess, evaluate, and manage its key risks. Your success will be determined by your ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships and establish credibility in the business.

Your Responsibilities:
•Support Board Governance including coordination of board and committee processes and materials, maintaining utmost confidentiality
•Collaborate with the Senior Analyst and Manager in execution of the annual Enterprise Risk Management process, which is integrated in our planning process to identify, assess, evaluate and manage risks at the One Company and Business unit levels
•Active involvement with the day-to day operations of the Grants of Authority (GoA) by maintaining GoA documentation, tracking GoA requests and statistics, and supporting initiatives to enhance and sustain existing processes
•Support the Manager and lead elements of the Policy Framework Management, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop, review, research and update all corporate policies and procedures
•Interact with the business to support development of clear, concise and compelling presentations
•Develop and coordinate aspects of key governance processes and procedures and ensure stakeholder compliance
•Assist with ad-hoc requests and advisory services to internal stakeholders, as requested
Your Skills:
•General understanding of risk management, policy governance standards and tools
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Effective management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, workloads and meet deliverables
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to build strong relationships and establish credibility with the business
Your Experience:
•Post-secondary education – undergraduate degree in business. Professional accounting designation is considered an asset
•3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in governance or risk management
