The Integrity Analyst II for Corrosion Engineering will enhance the professional capabilities through data analysis that supports informed decision making for all of ONEOK's stakeholders. This position allows for the team to focus on corrosion related issues and demonstrates the value of the team through KPI's, accurate budgeting, reporting and data analytics.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong desire and commitment to enhancing data collection, focusing on integration and communication, developing KPIs, and providing budget support. This individual will significantly elevate the knowledge base essential for the success of Corrosion Engineering. From local operations management to senior leadership at ONEOK, the right person in this role will be not only crucial but vital to our success.

To demonstrate the effectiveness of this role, we will establish clear metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with our goals for data collection, integration, and communication. Regular tracking and reporting on these metrics will provide tangible evidence of progress. Additionally, we will gather feedback from local operations management and senior leadership at ONEOK to assess the role's impact on decision-making and overall program success. By showcasing improvements in data accuracy, efficiency, and the quality of insights generated, we can clearly illustrate the value this role brings to the team and the broader organization.

Job Profile Summary

Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Corrosion Engineering System within the ONEOK Integrity Management Programs (IMP).

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

Works with corrosion engineering, mechanical integrity engineering, internal corrosion specialists, operations and maintenance to ensure all internal integrity goals and compliance expectations are met
Evaluate internal corrosion data from vendor reports, while providing support to chemical programs, corrosion risk assessments, pre-ILI cleanings, or other methodologies. Responsibilities may also include data alignment and integration from multiple sources
Reviews and integrates integrity risk variables to identify integrity threats, evaluate current prevention and mitigation strategies, select additional prevention and mitigation strategies, if needed, select appropriate technology for next assessment, and set assessment schedules
Reviews field data and prepares correlation tables for individual assessments
Performs statistical trending analysis and data integration techniques to identify data trends
Participates in procedure reviews and data integration processes.
Conducts economic analysis of integrity alternatives
Participates in vendor review and selection meetings
Acts as liaison between integrity team personnel and GIS/mapping support personnel


Education

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience


Work Experience

Experience and training related to:

+ GIS + Statistics + Database development + Internal Corrosion + Specialty Chemicals (preferred not required)

Experience developing or maintaining leading and lagging performance indicators and utilizing same to affect positive program change
Experience in use and function of office equipment such as computers and applicable software
Experience in reading and interpreting vendor reports, spreadsheets and integrity management raw data
Experience in composing and preparing executive summaries and other materials including but not limited to IMP procedures, bid packages, dig sheets and AFE’s


Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Knowledge of: CFR49 Part 195 for liquids or CFR Part 192 for natural gas and OSHA PSM 1910
Knowledge of: basic plant and pipeline processes
Ability to: apply math and algebraic formulas
Ability to: communicate the status of projects, project schedules and inspection results with IMP data integration team and management
Ability to: create and conduct presentations related to assessment and remediation and anomaly distribution and change during data integration meetings
