JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented self-motivated professional who wants to grow with our MGA, Monarch Sky MGA, Inc. and Insurance Carrier, NuSureCo Insurance Company, Inc. The position will be responsible for assisting the team with handling the quote to bind process from start to finish and any other operational task assistance that may be needed.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Support the team with quoting, endorsement changes, and binding policies

- Manage policies, handle daily administrative tasks like data entry, policy document management

- Provide customer service to agents/producers when calling/emailing for assistance

- Monitor licensing and E&O requirements with business partners

- Office duties of filing, mail, and other duties as required

- Willing to be cross trained on processes and systems as required

- Other tasks as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- REQUIRED: 1+ year of experience in the property & casualty insurance industry preferred

- FREQUIRED: Familiar with insurance documentation such as endorsements, policies, and certificates preferred

- Detail oriented, enthusiastic, and a positive attitude

- Excellent people skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.

- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to handle multiple computer applications simultaneously

- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
