Installation Technician

Bluewater Exteriors is a growing company located in Foley, Alabama but servicing all of Baldwin County. We are currently looking to add an additional seamless gutter installation technician to meet the demand of our growing business. We provide a comfortable and supportive work environment for associates to grow and develop into lasting employees. Duties:

· Installation technician will work with a crew to build and install seamless gutters

· Installation technician will work with a crew to build and install screened enclosures

· Repair seamless gutters and screened enclosures

· Installation technician will work with a crew to install Bahama shutters

· May assist other teams with window and door replacement

· Our tasks are performed in an outdoor work environment

Interested applicants must have the following abilities:

Skills:

· Construction background with the ability to read a measuring tape and operate necessary tools and equipment

· Fast and accurate

· Must be organized, detail oriented, and quick

· Good under pressure

· Work well with a team

· Excellent verbal communications skills

· Need to be able to problem solve

· Independent and Self motivator
