Inside Sales Representative

JSW Steel USA is seeking to hire an experienced Pipe Inside Sales Representative to join our team!
The chosen person will play a key role in generating revenue by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inbound inquiries, preparing quotes, and other supporting duties for our Pipe Sales Department.
Responsibilities:
•
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
•
Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on outstanding proposals.
•
Process orders and manage the sales cycle from quote to delivery.
•
Support the outside sales team with account management and order fulfillment.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
•
Use CRM systems to track interactions and manage sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
•
2 or more years of inside sales or customer service experience in the pipe industry.
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Ability to read and interpret product information and inquiry requirements.
•
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
•
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
•
Self-motivated and results-driven.
•
High school diploma or GED.
•
Experience with SAP is preferred.
