Job Description

•

Industrial tank cleaning execution: perform tasks associated with the preparation, set up and completion of Tank Cleaning projects.

•

Complete pre-use inspections of equipment to ensure it is operating safely.

•

Operation of equipment such as wash units and pumps, robotic tank cleaning equipment and conducting pre-commissioning services.

•

Ensure that all required Operating and Safe Work Procedures are followed.

•

Following and upholding the safety and quality expectations held by RJ Maclean in Tank Cleaning. Promote organization’s Core Values.

Ensure tasks as communicated by Field Supervisor/Project Manager are executed inside tanks.

What Skills and Training Do You Need?

•

Hazwoper

•

Safety Essentials

•

Valid TWIC card

•

H2S

•

Confined Space (CSE)

•

Mask Fit and experience or capability working in confined space with breathing apparatus.

•

Pump and Hydraulics experience preferred.

•

Industrial tank cleaning experience, turnaround, and pre-commissioning services experience.

•

Commercial Driver License preferred.

•

Experience in a physically demanding role; Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly on shift and throughout the shift.

•

Excellent safety record with experience in oil and gas on project worksites.

•

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

•

Ability to execute tasks with limited Supervision.

•

References, Alcohol and Drug Testing DISA, Criminal Record checks

Rotation schedule will vary in accordance with the particular project, however regular in/out schedule will be determined and communicated to employees in advance.

Hours of work per day vary but are regularly 10-12 hours per day, with applicable overtime rates.
