Waste Pro is looking for an EXPERIENCED Safety Focused Industrial Services Division Manager to LEAD our Industrial Services and Transportation Operations.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Industrial Services Division Manager is responsible for the front-line leadership and supervision of Industrial operations. They will be responsible for upholding health and safety practices, managing financial profit & loss margins, increasing revenue business volumes, and maintaining safety and environmental compliance within the facilities. This position is accountable for the growth and development of the division's revenue, the success and development of the division staff, and be the end of the line manager for all functions at the division level. This position is responsible for developing with the help of the Regional Vice President, the budget and objectives to be accomplished for each year.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Responsible for managing all Industrial Safety, Compliance and Operating functions.
•Ensures and enforces corporate and facility specific Health & Safety protocol and Standard Operating Procedures. Continuously works closely with the safety department to enhance and improve safety within facility as a top priority. Maintains the facility in compliance. Continuously works with all departmental leadership to assure continued compliance with all regulatory protocol.
•Responsible for supporting all accounting functions, including fiduciary, purchasing, budgetary, forecast, financial planning responsibilities.
•Participates in developing, and reviews project proposal or plan, determining time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
•Bids and/or assists in the bidding of industrial services projects.
•Plans and schedules projects. Reviewing the project and work assignment and modifies schedules or plans as required.
•Prepares reports for management, client, or others.
•Confers with personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
•Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
•Supports customers during the implementation of contracts and throughout the relationship; seeking customer feedback; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and/or loyalty.
•Responsible for identifying and implementing process and control improvements.
•Reviews project proposals or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
•Reviews targeted customer pricing details including areas such as labor, equipment, disposal, transportation and materials, and scrutinizing ancillary charges for inclusion in the customer's pricing schedule
•Responsible for meeting, analyzing and discussing matters with the Regional Vice President.
•Responsible for developing and maintaining constructive working relationships with the Industrial team, along with other departments within the organization.
•Responsible for training, mentoring and developing staff in partnership department managers to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
•Responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel. With help of local H/R team oversees new personnel training to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
•Responsible for assisting with developing and implementing related annual goals and initiative.

•Employees in this job classification must attend and participate in corporation sponsored training courses as assigned.
•Employees in this job classification are responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by Waste Pro USA.
•Any additional job duties that may be assigned by the Regional Vice President.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's in chemistry, biology, or environmental science preferred
•8+ years industrial cleaning and transportation experience of which 5 have been served in a management capacity.
•Experience in the applicable utilization of standard/specialized industrial cleaning equipment. Working knowledge of environmental statutes and regulations, business development, revenue enhancement and market penetration
•Ability to schedule equipment/personnel efficiently/effectively for daily maintenance/project work.
•Ability to positively interact with customers and successfully resolve customer/employee complaints.
•Ability to multitask with attention to detail
•Strong Microsoft office skills to include Excel and Word
•Strong Oral and Written communication skills
•Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills and build teams
•Must possess a valid driver's license
