As an Industrial Composite Repair Technician, you’ll perform on-site emergency leak repairs and apply advanced composite wraps (carbon fiber and fiberglass) and industrial coatings at client facilities. - Assess and Repair Leaks: Detect, evaluate, and repair high-pressure/temperature leaks (valves, pumps, flanges, pipes, tanks, expansion joints) using techniques like drill and tap, peen and injection, wire and band, clamp installation, and composite wraps.
- Composite Applications: Apply carbon fiber and fiberglass wraps and corrosion-resistant coatings to restore and reinforce industrial infrastructure.
- Safety and Compliance: Identify safety requirements, use proper PPE, and follow client and RAK safety protocols in industrial settings (indoor/outdoor, high heat, noise, wet conditions).
- Documentation: Complete required reports and documentation for clients and management.
- Emergency Response: Provide 24/7 on-call support for high-priority repairs, potentially working at multiple sites in a day.
- Welding and Inspections: Perform welding, component inspections, and measurements as needed.
