The Role:

We're seeking a dynamic In-Home Sales Consultant to conduct pre-booked in-home appointments, educate homeowners on our game-changing energy solutions, and close deals that deliver immediate value. If you've crushed it in door-to-door or in-home sales for pest control, solar, HVAC, or generators, this is your chance to pivot to high-impact, recession-proof energy sales with uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities:

- Show up prepared and on time for pre-booked in-home consultations to assess customer needs and demo our free backup battery and fixed-rate plans.

- Build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales on the spot – targeting homeowners ready for energy independence.

- Generate leads through provided appointments and networking in local communities.

- Collaborate with our installation team for seamless handoffs and follow-ups.

- Track sales metrics and hit monthly targets to maximize your OTE.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven track record in in-home sales (2+ years preferred) – experience in pest control, solar, HVAC systems, or home generators is a huge plus.

- Charismatic communicator with a hunter's mindset: comfortable in homes, handling objections, and closing under pressure.

- Reliable attendance and punctuality for pre-booked appointments is key.

- Texas driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).

- High school diploma or equivalent; sales certifications a bonus.

- Bilingual in Spanish? That's a huge plus in our diverse communities.

- Passion for sustainable energy and helping Texas families beat rising bills and blackouts.

Compensation & Perks:

- Base: $50K/year + Uncapped Commissions for an OTE of $10K-$15K/month (top performers consistently hit the high end).
