Residential Solar Sales Consultant (Closer)

About the Role

We are seeking proven sales closers to join our residential solar team.

You will meet with qualified homeowners, both self-generated and company-provided leads, and guide them through the process of going solar from the initial consultation to the signed agreement.

If you have a track record of closing in-home deals in solar or other home-improvement industries, this is your opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while helping families reduce their energy costs.

What You Will Do

- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set and self-generated prospects

- Present tailored solar solutions, proposals, and financing options

- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, design review, pricing, and contract signing

- Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and follow-ups

- Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

- Proven success closing in-home deals; solar sales strongly preferred

- Related experience in roofing, HVAC, windows, or other home-improvement sales is highly valued

- Skilled at managing both self-generated and company-supplied leads

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities

- Ability to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are most available

- Reliable transportation and a professional, customer-focused demeanor
