Job Title: I&E / Automation Support Lead

Schedule: 5/2

Work Location: Gray, Louisiana

Responsibilities:

Expert-level insight in automation network design and troubleshooting.

Offshore travel to deepwater facilities is occasionally required.

Install, program, maintain, or repair automation network and security systems.

Proficient in Allen Bradley PLC programming, HMI development, and network structure.

Maintain and configure firewalls, VPNs, servers, and switches.

Communicate and report network security issues to upper management.

Configure and troubleshoot operating systems for computers, servers, and OT devices.

Qualifications:

2-year degree in Instrumentation or Automation technology or equivalent experience.

7+ years' experience with automation network control systems.

Advanced knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, servers, switches, and security devices.

Expertise in Allen Bradley PLC programming and HMI development.

Strong proficiency in MS Office and Windows Operating Systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
