Position Description

We’re looking for a full-time, staff Executive IT Support Lead to join our Day & Zimmermann team located in Philadelphia, PA.

The Lead Executive IT Support is responsible for providing proactive and independent IT support for executive leadership. This role demands a high level of ownership and accountability, working directly with executives and their executive admins to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues across business systems, applications, devices, and services. The Executive IT Support Lead will quickly diagnose and resolve issues related to workstations, mobile devices, software applications, telecommunications, and local networks while ensuring seamless AV functionality for executive meetings and offsite events. This role also coordinates technology rollouts, manages executive impacting IT changes, and leads projects that enhance IT service delivery and efficiency.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $90,640.00 - $135,960.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
