Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Hydraulic Machine Designer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing hydraulic systems and machinery to meet client specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in hydraulics, proficiency in CAD software, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop hydraulic machines and systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and durability standards.

- Create detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

- Perform calculations and simulation to determine the required specifications for hydraulic components (e.g., pumps, valves, cylinders).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing. procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.

- Conduct prototype testing and evaluate performance, making adjustments as necessary.

- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and advancements in hydraulic technology.

- Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, operation manuals, and maintenance guides.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in designing hydraulic systems or machinery, with a portfolio of past projects.

- Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk Inventor a plus) and simulation tools.

- Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and hydraulic principles.

- Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI, DIN)

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with PLC programming and automation integration.

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, and assembly.

- Certification in hydraulic systems design or engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
