Job Description

This is a hybrid role, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the office. Monday & Friday remote.

To join our team as a Program Coordinator in our York, PA office. The Program Coordinator will serve a key role in facilitating the flow of information between CLEAResult staff, clients and customers. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, self-motivated, go-getters who are responsible, accountable and reliable to meet our customer’s and client’s needs!

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

•

Schedule weatherization work for crews.

•

Review project documentation to ensure accuracy and completion.

•

Be highly detailed and independent in exercising judgment for matters concerning project execution, data storage, and data organization.

•

Enter, modify and track data via multiple web-based applications.

•

Ensure data in web-based applications are up-to-date and accurate.

•

Identify and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate supervisors.

•

Submit weekly and monthly reports to Supervisors.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

•

1- 2 years experience in administrative customer service preferred

•

Previous relevant industry experience preferred but willing to train

Target compensation...

$22.00 - $25.00 depending on experience
