About This Job

Key Responsibilities:

•

Assist the Lead Installer in installing, repairing, and replacing HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.

•

Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials needed for each job.

•

Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.

•

Help with ductwork installation, electrical connections, and refrigerant charging under supervision.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including job sites and company vehicles.

•

Support the Lead Installer in troubleshooting installation issues and learning best practices.

•

Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

•

Continuously learn and improve HVAC skills through hands-on experience and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
