About This Job

We are looking for a hard working and eager individual to join our HVAC service team. We are looking for a technician with at least 1-2 years of experience and/or knowledge of the trade in either residential or commercial.

Qualifications

•

At least 18 years old

•

High school diploma or its equivalent

•

Post high school education in a trade or technical school (Preferred)

•

Would Prefer at least 1-2 years previous HVAC experience/knowledge.

•

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

•

Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude

•

Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

•

Excellent customer service orientation and skills to relate to homeowners.

•

Arrive and be ready to start work by scheduled time

•

Strong verbal and written communications.

•

Ability to read HVAC installation diagrams

•

Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

•

Time management skills to complete work in a timely and efficient way

•

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•

Must be able to perform multiple tasks at a time

•

Great problem solving skills.

•

Must enjoy physical work and working with hands

•

Strong desires to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today.

Responsibilities

•

Complete all general HVAC in-home service repairs

•

Complete all general HVAC Commercial repairs

•

Know how to establish customer relations and offer the customer solutions.

•

Troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions.

•

Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.

•

Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.

•

Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.

Work Hours: approximately 8:00 am 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri, but hours can vary. OT may be necessary, as needed.
