Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining, designing, and servicing HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and appliances. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively troubleshoot and repair various HVAC equipment while ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
Responsibilities
•
Maintain and service HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
•
Design and install new HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards.
•
Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on air conditioning units and other HVAC equipment.
•
Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for testing electrical components.
•
Conduct appliance repairs related to HVAC systems as needed.
•
Plumb new installations and make necessary adjustments to existing systems.
•
Drive company vehicles to job sites, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled service calls.
•
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Experience
•
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
•
Familiarity with various HVAC systems, including residential and commercial units.
•
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly.
•
Knowledge of safety protocols related to HVAC installation and repair.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•
A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles.
