HVAC Technician

```Duties```

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration systems

- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs or replacements

- Collaborate with team members to design and implement HVAC system upgrades or modifications

- Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on HVAC systems

```Experience```

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property maintenance or HVAC/R field

- Proven track record as a service technician with strong mechanical knowledge

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

- Proficiency in welding and working with various tools and equipment used in HVAC installations and repairs

- Solid understanding of HVAC principles, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration systems

- Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
