HVAC Technician

-Service ,repair and replace if needed HVAC equipment such as, gas boilers, PTAC units, Central heat pumps, Gas furnaces, Minisplit systems

-40 hours a week, flexible schedule, must respond for emergencies in off hours if needed

-We are a multi housing company with over 21 properties, 1,500 apartments and growing. HVAC Tech would be Covering NW NJ to Central PA with paid travel driving time.

-Potential benefits over time are Discounted rent and the possibility to relocate to another property should an opening come available. We cover NW NJ to Central PA
