What We Need

Papalia Home Services is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team and deliver high-quality service to our valued customers. We’ve built our reputation on technical excellence and unmatched service, and we’re looking for team members who share our dedication to craftsmanship and care.

HVAC Expertise Needed

•

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC system issues with accuracy and efficiency

•

Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections on HVAC systems

•

Install and upgrade residential heating and cooling equipment

•

Ensure work meets all local, state, and national HVAC codes and regulations

•

Comfortable working with ductwork, ventilation systems, and energy-efficient units

Qualifications

•

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service and repair

•

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues independently

•

Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a job done right

•

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

•

Confident communicator with a professional, customer-friendly demeanor

•

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

•

Applicable HVAC certifications and licenses for Massachusetts
