Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment.

Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.

•

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems, providing effective solutions.

•

Perform necessary repairs on mechanical components, including plumbing and welding tasks as needed.

•

Collaborate with clients to design customized HVAC solutions that meet their specific needs.

•

Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.

•

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC systems.

Skills

•

Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and equipment repair.

•

Proficient in field service operations with a focus on property maintenance.

•

Ability to plumb and weld as required for system installations and repairs.

•

Experience in air conditioning design and implementation is highly desirable.

•
