Assistant Manager of HVAC department

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an outgoing, driven individual to join our HVAC Department! The individual we are looking for will be able to help out our service manager by putting together quotes and schedule HVAC appointments.

Basic Responsibilities:

· · Follow and close sales leads

· · Diligence with service call backs and scheduling service work in a timely manner.

· · Telephone communication with customers

· · Setting up accounts and order entry into the system

· · Gain and/or increase an understanding of the propane and HVAC industry

Qualifications:

· · High school diploma required

· · Detail and deadline oriented

· · Computer skills

We are continuing to grow as a business and are looking for long term reliable employees. Our sales office is based just outside of Hudson, New York. We operate Monday thru Friday and our hours of operation are 8 am – 5 pm in the winter and 8 am – 4:30 pm in the summer.
