This position is based in Hagerstown, MDor surrounding areas, and we welcome local candidates who are committed to delivering exceptional service and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Duties:

- Engage Customers: Greet and initiate conversations with retail customers to uncover their heating and cooling needs.

- Generate Leads: Promote McCrea's HVAC services, identify opportunities, and schedule consultations for equipment replacement or upgrades.

- Collaborate: Partner with store personnel to maximize lead generation efforts and maintain a seamless customer experience

- Track Success: Record leads and appointments accurately to measure and improve performance.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional materials and displays.

- Contribute innovative ideas to improve lead generation strategies and customer engagement.
