What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be the face of Anthony PHCE inside one of our retail partner locations. You’ll connect with shoppers, start conversations, and introduce them to comfort solutions for their homes. You’ll play a key role in generating leads and building excitement about our brand.

- Greet and engage with customers to start meaningful conversations

- Build instant rapport and share the value of Anthony’s HVAC and ASAP Membership

- Generate qualified leads and book appointments in ServiceTitan and store platforms

- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and attention-grabbing in-store display

- Partner with Sales Managers and Comfort Advisors to ensure strong follow-up

- Consistently hit lead and conversion goals—and get rewarded when you do

What You Bring to the Team:

- Confidence and charisma in social settings

- At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience

- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, text)

- Drive to be seen, heard, and rewarded for your success

- Strong organizational habits and follow-through

- Ability to be on your feet throughout your shift and lift up to 50 pounds
