We’re hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installations. You’ll lead projects, mentor junior Installers, and ensure top-quality service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and heat pumps

- Supervise and mentor Installer helpers and apprentices

- Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards

- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and project managers

- Participate in on-call and weekend service rotations as needed

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience

- EPA Certification & HVAC Certification required

- Sheet Metal License preferred

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces

- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours
