Position Overview:
As our Lead Air Conditioning Installer/Duct Mechanic, you will play a pivotal role in providing our client base with quality residential and light commercial air conditioning system and duct installations. This role is perfect for a motivated professional who has a desire to provide our community with excellent HVAC services and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their comfort and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
•Install the latest air conditioning and heating systems and accompanying duct work and/or indoor air quality solutions in a quality and time-efficient manner.
•Obtain and maintain required certifications and pass permit inspections.
•Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.
•Establish rapport with customers through active listening and professionalism.
Qualifications:
•HVAC experience in installing diverse HVAC equipment and duct systems
•Experience with inverter & communicating systems
•Light commercial experience is preferred
•Clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
•Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectation
•Operate a variety of hand and power tools to install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, duct systems, and indoor air quality systems
•Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
•Educate clients on their new systems
•Document installations performed by completing applicable forms, reports, and/or records
•Complete all tasks in accordance with quality, safety, and code standards
•Experience using field software on tablet or similar applications is a plus
