Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. We are a family owned and operated hvac company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and sheet metal work. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. Duties
•
Install HVAC systems according to specifications and building codes.
•
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment.
•
Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems to identify problems.
•
Build and plumb ductwork for efficient airflow.
•
Repair appliances related to HVAC systems as needed.
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
•
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
•
Follow safety protocols while working on job sites.
•
Use CRM in field for digital paperwork and invoicing.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
•
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand schematics and design plans.
•
Familiarity with heat pump systems is a plus.
•
Experience in equipment repair and maintenance of HVAC units.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Valid driver's license will be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
