HVAC Technician/Installer

We are actively seeking to fill positions for our Mechanical Crew, including a Crew Manager, which operates in the metro KC Area. The Mechanical Crew responds to HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing service needs at the apartment communities in the metro KC area, Johnson County and North of the River (MO). The crew members also assist with routine maintenance of HVAC equipment at our sites and ongoing renovations to upgrade HVAC equipment. In order to be considered, the applicant needs to demonstrate they are highly skilled in all areas of HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing. Technicians on this crew share in a rotating on call schedule for emergencies after hours assisting site team in the metro KC area with more difficult mechanical tasks.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
