Human Resources Generalist I or II (Total Rewards Benefits)

This position is part of the Human Resources Benefits Administration team supporting Team PUD. This opportunity will focus on administering employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, FMLA/ADA/WPFML leave programs, and other employer-sponsored benefits. The role will also support compliance with federal and state benefits regulations, and help implement internal policies, and perform billing and trust reconciliation activities related to benefits.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A customer-focused mindset with empathy and care is essential, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and streamlining HR processes. Experience with benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave programs, and wellness programs, is preferred.
· Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field;
· Associate's Degree Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field, AND
· Two (2) years of related Human Resources experience;
· Four (4) years of related Human Resources experience.
