Job Description: As a Lead Carpenter, you will oversee and execute various carpentry tasks for commercial and residential construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in guiding and mentoring junior carpenters and ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Lead, manage, perform carpentry projects from start to finish. New construction, renovations, framing, doors, windows, decks, siding, finish trim, cabinets, and more.

•

Interpret and execute construction plans and blueprints

•

Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

•

Train and supervise junior carpenters

•

Collaborate with other trades and project managers

•

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Qualifications:

•

Experience as a Lead Carpenter in commercial and residential construction (East Coast)

•

Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials

•

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

•

Excellent leadership and communication skills

•

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

•

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
