Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and a passion for the restoration and remodeling industry. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, capable of heavy lifting, and possesses the ability to read blueprints effectively. The Carpenter will be responsible for executing projects with precision and skill, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
•
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
•
Drywall patching/repair.
•
Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
•
Execute caulking tasks to ensure proper sealing of joints and seams.
•
Install cabinets with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
•
Oversee flooring installation, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
•
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety regulations.
Experience
•
Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction or restoration industry is preferred.
•
Familiarity with blueprint reading is a Plus
•
Experience in stucco application, caulking, cabinet installation, remodeling, metal stud framing, and flooring installation is highly desirable.
•
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job tasks.
•
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
